Books play an significant role in the story of Louise Brooks. The actress wrote two books (The Fundamentals of Good Ballroom Dancing & Lulu in Hollywood), and of course, she has been the subject of a handful of books and even appeared on the covers of a number of unrelated books. As well, many of the films and plays Brooks’ appeared in were based on books.
